Newmark partnered with Logitech to optimize its global portfolio, transform facilities management and enable scalable international growth across more than 100 sites.

Situation

Since 2023, Logitech has engaged Newmark as a strategic partner to manage global transactions and evolve its workplace and facilities management model across a portfolio of 103 sites in 13 countries. The partnership was driven by the need for a more proactive partner to improve operational performance, elevate workplace experience and support continued global expansion.

Logitech initiated a shift toward outsourcing key Workplace Experience and Facilities Management functions, beginning with its San Jose headquarters and Milpitas workshop. The objective was to improve service delivery, standardize operations and create a more efficient financial model through centralized vendor management.

Newmark implemented a structured transition and change management approach that included recruitment, onboarding, knowledge transfer, discovery and new operating procedures tailored to Logitech’s needs. The team also integrated 30+ vendors and aligned closely with retained internal leadership to maintain continuity.

Building on this foundation, Newmark introduced process improvements and technology integration to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy and establish consistent global operating standards.

Outcome

Newmark increased service performance from 80% to 100% SLA compliance and reduced costs in key areas such as mailroom services, printing and equipment by approximately 52%. The team improved on-site communication and workplace experience, delivered a multifunctional office and showroom in Utrecht, stabilized operations in São Paulo and supported expansion initiatives in London and other markets.
